HYDROHROM supplies electrical equipment including PLC control systems.
Standard switchboard instrumentation consists of:

- over-current protection
- over/under voltage protection
- reverse power protection
- phase-current imbalance protection
Control units ensure the following standardised function:
- water-level control
- automatic start and stop sequences
- failure protection (reverse power, phase-current imbalance, runaway etc.)
- joint control of multi-jet turbines
- join control for multiple units
- data logger and operation recorder
- visualisation and remote control
